In most cases, we will send your items the same day that you complete your order. Otherwise orders will be sent the next morning (excluding Sundays). Special orders for custom pieces will be shipped according to their description. Please let us know if you have any special requests in our notes section for the sending of your items.

My Silver Arrow will extend return or exchange privileges on all items we sell. It is our goal to make sure that you are thrilled with your purchase and you will return to us for unique purchases for yourself, your family and your friends.

If you are unhappy with what you receive, you may return or exchange it, within one month of receipt, in the condition sent. It must be accompanied by the My Silver Arrow sales receipt. Please contact us for return instructions. We will refund the purchase price to the original purchaser.
